Okay I give up! What is going on with the "search for boxes" page? Is
anyone else having problems with it...or is it just me?? I'm signed
in, I click on the link on the home page, which brings up the search
page, I select a couple options, click "search for boxes" and ta-da,
I get the disclaimer! There isn't any forwarding link from there so
it makes me start the search over again! AND...like a persistent
fool, I do try it again, with a few expletives thrown in, lest
there's a magic word I'm missing here! Anyway, now my head hurts and
its waaaaay past my bedtime......someone out there take pity on me
and throw me a life ring! Here's what I'm entering for info just in
case anyone wants to brush up on the waiver! I select NY,
put "virtual" in the phrase box and then select "search for boxes".
BTW, any Virtuals in NY, anyone?

Hi, Robin! The search page is working fine...what you're getting is
a blank page since there are no virtual boxes listed in NY. I think
database weenies call that a "null result." And since the bottom of
each page has the disclaimer link....
Instead, try searching "virtual" without a state.
Good luck! Jay in CT

Oops, except there is only one listed at lbna if you look that way.
Instead, try this reasonably complete list, taken from the "files"
section here at the yahoogroup:
Here's a list of virtual letterboxes, created Feb. 9, 2004, which is
probably not complete. Please feel free to update and re-upload it
as you please.

There's also a new series by Buddy&Piggy. There's only one so far,
and I don't have the url on hand for it. Sorry.

You DO realize that a virtual box has no physical location....right?
That's why you are finding none in NY. Or maybe I'm missing
something here, which, if it is indeed the case, someone please
straighten me out because it's always been my understanding that a
virtual is not actually a "box" per say.. but rather a computer
based hunt. Kstar
